he prefers assbergler. and you actually started last year oct according to your thread. weight off doesnt mean dick if youre not keeping it off. ive lost about 50# in the last year and a half and still dropping about a pound a week. i'll be my ID weight by next week which was my year end goal. my ID info was recorded in 2000.

Thanks! The last time I went for it, I went about it all wrong, and pretty much set myself up for failure. But the way I've been doing it this time around has proven to show much better results, and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. It's really a mental thing, and now that it's become a habit, it's much easier. Today was reward day for losing 3lbs this week...had myself a #1 protein style at In-N-Out :D

67lbs to go until I reach my goal by summer. :)

Congrats on your weight loss. The last time I tried with that thread, I failed because of the way I went about it. I've kept it off so far, and like I said, it's literally become a habit now. Completely cut soda, sweets, fast food, and greasy food in general. Sunday is my only day to reward myself a little if I've met the goal for the week.

The reward day isn't like I can go to McDonalds and order a Big Mac Suepersize fries and a shake...it means I can have 1 cup of white rice, or wheat bread, or some ketchup with my grilled chicken...stuff like that. I now prepare my meals every Sunday. I put a bunch of 4oz pieces of chicken on the grill, portion out some carrots, broccoli, and sweet potatoes, and prepare salads. Box it up, stick it in the fridge, and take one to work everyday along with some string cheese, almonds, and a piece of fruit for snacks throughout the day. I exclusively drink sparkling water or unsweetened iced tea now.

Best part is, I've 100% lost my appetite for junk food and the cravings are simply no longer there. I just eat because I have to eat 6 meals a day, and I sometimes have to remind myself to have a snack between lunch and dinner.

Beautiful day on Lytle Creek trail today!! Ran into some hunters, father and son, hunting mule deer. I was not aware they allowed rifle hunting up there. I checked their tags and they looked legit. I wasn't sure they were on legit hunting land but they did come up in a 1st gen Tacoma so I wished them luck and let them go on there way.
FYI- There are folks running around those hills with 7mm Mags. Keep your heads down and be safe.

It was a great weekend! Did the Mojave trail from Barstow to Laughlin on Friday. Got really drunk Friday night made some epic drunk posts and texts. Got woke up by the hotel phone because I over slept and missed meeting up with our group at 7am. Reason I was late...Well I use my phone as an alarm clock...and this drunk didnt make it back to the room with my phone. Went to the front desk and miraculously the lost and found had my phone. Hauled ass to the shell station gassed up and back to the Mojave trail for another long run back to Barstow. Made it without puking too!

tried it for the first time last week. delicious. my buddy went to a liquor store and asked the guy for a good belgian. guy said buy a 6 pack of hoegaarden, if he doesnt like it, he can keep it and get a free 6 pack of something else. then guy then was like fuck it i want one now. he went to the fridge, cracked open 2 beers and told my buddy if he didnt like it, he would refund his money and give him a 6 pack. its my buds favorite belgian now lol

Hoegaarden is a little too sweet. but its good with a shot of peach schnapps. Or next time you're at Yard House, try a rosegarden, its Hoegaarden with a shot of Frambois, its kind of a bitch drink but its good
