    Yeah, the first (and only) time I was at that spot I went around it like they did. Thought I'd cave in my driver's side panels, and it looked like they were going to do the same. Surprised nobody has. Tom, you ever get contact by this rock under your truck by going over it?
    Figured that's what you were texting about the other day. I just use my
    WARN 76080 Winch Wireless Control System
    wireless remote which works from anywhere, of course! No other installation needed.

    The slider will touch and the rear bumper will touch ..by what I mean touch is that, its just enough to know that you made contact. Nothing rough and no slamming or banging around. Easy gliding.

    Side note: maybe two years ago new FJC flopped about twenty feet before that very rock..where its off camber on the right. There's a video of it on YouTube..

    How high is your lift? I'll look for that flop on YouTube tonight.
    Ha! Not 4lo when you were heading down and hopped those rocks! lol Lucky and cool, buddy. ;) Yeah, that top portion of the rock is going to tag a door sometime once the dirt in the groove gets worn down a bit more. Always felt too risky to make the turn rather than go over, but I did the same thing! May try MP's approach next time.
    Yes, sir. Gets me out of the way, no extra cutting or wiring, and bought it with a discount.

    I'm on 35's with LT in the front and expos in the rear. But back in the day when I had 5100's in the front and all stock in the rear I still took the same line. Just gotta trust the sliders to do the job..

    No armor and stock truck. I took that route by turning and only kissed the rear bumper. Got close to flipping I think and I almost slid into the rock. :anonymous:

    Don't know, buddy. If it's anything like the rest of Harbor Freight's stuff, though..... I have my wireless in the sunglasses holder, and if that doesn't work I keep the remote that came with it in the truck, too.

    Ya I didn't plan on taking that route. Just stayed on that trail a little too long and had no choice. What really screwed me is I don't have any travel so I was sideways a good amount. The other guys went through no problem.
