Currently talking to Headstrong amd boss4x4.com to get a package deal. Boss4x4 can source the AP products for me and is also close enough for pickup and will match headstrongs pricing so im still deciding. Itll be a pretty decent order of things so i may need to go to different places. If you think your prices can compare ill pm you my other quotes later on and see what we can work out

Wait. You saying Rebel would try to get AllPro items? I want a few things from them. Maybe we can all save some cash with a group deal, and ya'll become a new AllPro supplier in SoCal. Hmmmmm......

I'm currently an All Pro dealer. Been ordering parts from them for a year.

Mike, PM me what you need.

ohh sweet. wish i knew that before lol. Ok so i am confused.... I am getting the AllPro leaf pack and so to my knowledge if i am getting the icon 2.0 rear resi shocks, there is a customized option with extended travek correct? DSM lists the extended verison in their build your own bundle page, but when i goto icon website they only show the standard one and it does not specify then lift it applies too.

So my quote from headstrong included this custom extended verision but when i contact boss4x4 they insist that the standard one applies to 3" lifts and is not offering the extended one.... so now idk which one i "need" and how much it really matters.

If it were me, I would always go through boss4x4 for any and all AllPro products if you dont want to deal with them directly. Sara had been with AllPro for years and years and years and still has that special relationship with them. In the past she has always bent over backwards for the best customer experience for me.. and everyone else for that matter.

Yeah so far she is already going above and beyond for me and im really leaning towards making my full order with her since it seems she can get just about every product i am looking to get at this time. Ive located the specific model number for the custom ext icon rear shock so ill send it to her and see if she can source that. hopefully she can and I can get everything ordered this week. Well see what kinda deal rebeltaco can offer too ;)

Check out these posts 75 and 76 from my build. Should give you some idea on the rear shocks.

Thanks Tom. Now im even more lost becuase those have a model number:
    cb#2027 with 28"ext / 18"col and 10" travel...

The model on DSM is CB2036 which I believe is the same one Headstrong is offering which is 26" ext / 15" col. and is considerd custom extended length.

The standard ones on Icon site are model 56503r but I have no idea the specs on those. Dam I highly doubt this is really that serious... I just dont wanna waste my money on something if there is a better option available. All I want is a shock that will fit and not have to worry about damaging with a 3"leaf pack.
    :(

What do you guys recommend painting sliders with? Obviously powdercoating is pointless....
And for a plate bumper, you think powdercoating is worth it?

Recommendations on sliders? The AP standard require welding so i was considering picking up the AP heavy duty ones with the frame reinforcement which only require minimal drilling. Open to suggestions though

Sweet. Looks like ive just about sourced all the parts and picked a bumper, now i need to decide on some sliders... AP seem pretty legit. Their heavy duty ones will set me back about $420 but im considering others. Any thoughts on sliders?
