Yah its just a bolt for the airbag and they made it big a goudy so you know there is an airbag in there

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full...errr

So that is just a bolt cover to hold the liner in place. The actual curtain airbag runs along the edge of the roof at the door seam. I had the privilege of taking the entire interior out of my truck recently and can attest to this. Also, be careful as there are hook tabs holding it place, and one can easily break them (almost did). There is a pretty decent video from a tw'er for taking out the liner:

Skip to 2:15, for some reason, vbulletin is being teh dumb about the time bookmark.

Happy Independence Day to everyone here. Okay, I'm in a bit of a situation and am reaching out tacomaworld members to see if anyone can help me out. I planned to do an entire suspension overhaul this weekend and was going well until yesterday. So far I've installed new Icon UCA's, beat back the pinch weld and got my ORI struts in the front. Everything was good until my nitrogen fill tank got knocked over. The regulator was leaking. I replaced the nut and inlet that connects to the tank and the leaking stopped. Go to try and fill the ORI's and the regulator won't hold pressure and goes all over the place. I'm sure the diaphragm if messed up. So I go back to the local welding store where I was just at to see if they can test or repair it. If not, to see if they have any in stock. Repairs would take two weeks to get sent out and back. No one carries the type of regulator I need. The thing is I have a high pressure regulator with a delivery pressure of 1500psi. All the normal regulators deliver only 500psi.

I tried a 500psi regulator to at least raise the shocks a little and NOTHING. not enough to raise them up. I won't be able to order a new regulator, which costs about $600 itself plus overnight shipping, till Monday. So in the meantime I have a truck resting on the bump stops unable to drive.

Does anyone here have a high pressure inert gas regulator I could possibly borrow for the weekend? I at least need to get the struts charged to drivable height then I can order a new one or repair the one I have. I would be extremely grateful and would drive out to you to and return it in a few days and pay you for "renting" it. Please let me know if if you have a high output regulator and would be willing to help out a tacomaworld member. Thanks.

    Nate

Edit: Sorry, I am in Fontana.

Not exactly sure. Everyone has had a different setting. But between 700-900 psi.

As it sits now , the front is completely slammed and resting on the bumps stops. I'm sure it's possible to drive it that way. Is have to drive slowly and not very far. Plus, being the holiday weekend most are closed up but I'll look into that. Thanks. Still curious if anyone has a high pressure reg that help me out.

Yeah, that's what I may have to do. Put the stock ones back on. Alignment will be a little of with the new UCA's but drivable for a little bit if needed. I'm still going to try and get everything installed this weekend since I've already taken an extra day off to finish it.

I called all shops and all are closed.

I doubt a local bike shop will have the means to fill those shocks to what he needs , 700-900 psi.
