I don't really call briggs and stratton china crap.

 

Right now I am just slamming coffee like it is going out of style. The office is probably thinking I am crazy. Both jobs are going crazy this week so little sleep for me. Just hope I can keep it up for the rest of the week.

What u joints would you guys recommend? OEM?
I recently got some weird shudders while on the gas. The only way I can describe it is if you launched a FWD car and got insane wheel hop.
I plan on replacing all my u joints, balancing my tires, and getting an alignment.

I'd like to go through everything and essential replace or assess the issues with anything that can potential cause vibes.

 

Because Vanguard is such a common Chinese name...really, I get it.

 

The guy at the drive line shop said stock u joints are over built for are truck. SO i would just stick with stock u joints. You might as well replace the carrier bearing.

 

Yeah, I plan on replacing carrier bearing as well. Would you stick with OEM?

 

The guy that rebuilt my drive line put stock on i was fine with that.

that driveline dude is good at what he does knows his stuff. all the local azusa canyon mud trucks goes to this guy. theres just one thing, hes always grumpy as hell and doesnt talk very much. its just the way he is.

 

Ain't that the truth about grumpy and bad breath. Maybe he is grumpy cause he doesn't eat.

interesting. so It just bends and the ends fit into the lip of the face of the light bars instead of the prongs on the outside that clip around it? and they're not ridiculously expensive like the other ones?

 

What does it mean when my steering wheel shakes when I apply the brakes? Warped rotors?

 

typically...however I think there are a couple other things that could cause shuddering during braking.
