    Oh you were talking about the controls. The stick and throttle are the Thrusmaster Warthog and the rudder pedals are Saitek Combat pedals. Set me back about $600 a few years ago. Main screen is a 47 inch 120hz toshiba and the 3 other screes are Acer 23inch touch screens.

    You would probably have to make it yourself. The program on the touch screens(Helios) comes with an editor that allows you to create and program panels and switches. So its possible but would be very time consuming. I've created profiles from scratch but recently I've stole others peoples work and modified to work on my setup.

    A little lift and a little armor
    I had to deal with something similar to this when my brand new dash started pealing. Same type of run around BS. I finally just found out when the manager worked next and made sure to come in on that day. Calling does/means nothing for some reason. I had to replay the whole story to the manager who then tried to give me the same BS that it wasn't cover and wasn't their fault. The second he said that, I ask for the number for corporate customer service. Once I said that, he magically remembered that someone from corporate was actually going to be in town the next day. I showed up the next day and the lady from corporate had my new dash ordered in less then 10 minutes and I had it installed 2 days later.

    It might cost you some time, but you can make it happen. Kinda sad that it takes that much effort but I guess it is what it is...
