    I don't mind bears...they kick ass...but after she defends something I instantly fucking hate whatever that thing is.

    So I signed a contract to get new internet in my office building a year ago. After 8 months the ISP said the construction costs were too high and needed another $700/month to cover it.

    I mention this to our building management and they reach out. The same ISP contacts me and tells me no construction is needed. It's just a simple run the line with a snake and that's it.

    Prices per month are a lot higher than what they advertise. When I ask they said it covers the construction. So instead of them showing me the huge price tag in the beginning they tried to stretch it across a 3 year contract.

    Fucking insane that I can't get anything new faster than 1mbps/1mbps.

    Shop around. They get greedy when they think you're not talking to another provider. All of the sudden certain costs or fees get waived. BTW, they all want a 3 year contract.
