    blended that post too much...
    1) messed up oil change on motor had to redo
    2) added about half quart of gear oil to rear diff because it was weeping before.. seems good now..
3)bought ATF fluid... NEED to change tranny fluid
4)skid plates make me not want to...

I think I'll have the dealership do the ATF and my coolant at the same time.
I didn't know adding more oil will stop a weeping diff.

:notsure:neither did I, but I also added a trac bar in between there.. I think the axle wrap was causing the leak.. sounds odd I know, but since trac bar and addition of oil no new oil on the axle housing or flange..

Still curious how you messed up the oil change  Be careful while doing transmission. I know autos have these little things that I forget the name of, that if you damage make you're truck not shift right :notsure:

yeah there is all kinds of craziness on here.. the ATF service is kind of daunting but with a ScanGauge I watch my temps and I feel its time for a trans service... dealership seems to think differently.. plus they want arm, leg, other arm... half my last leg to do it over just buying the fluid and taking the time.

Could've used like 4 more hands to tackle this dumb project today while drinking cold ones. And would've been cool to meet some peeps on here too. Once my suspension comes in, hopefully I can tag along on some campouts or head to some meets
