    I don't have cruise control, but maybe check if your switch is dying out. This guy was saying something like check if it flickers.

    Could check resistance on your switch. They do wear out if you use them a lot.

    Since this thread is full of electrical guru's. How do you do 2 wires into one connector. Like having a common ground in a switch panel? Run a larger connector than your single wire size?

    It's the clockspring (spiral cable)

    Happened to mine too a little while back
    Cruise would turn with the steering wheel turned not at the 12 o clock position

    just have one wire coming out of the connector and just splice it to the other two wires? Or if you want it like the picture just strip the two wires and twist them together and shove it in the connector making sure they go in nicely and they're making contact with the metal inside

    I would probably need to upsize to the next size connector for this.? For example I twist 2 16 gauge wires together I might need a 10-12 sized crimp?

    I don't use the crimps too often but I've put two in one before. Main thing is the contact with the metal and a snug fit where the wires won't come out.
