hell ya...i always take the 71 to head that way...

thats how i spotted your truck the first time like 2-3 years ago...i was heading over to either mt. sac or my old high school...

 

I woke up to my dad saying a 2nd gen taco was parked outside our house just sitting in front of our driveway with the guys inside scoping out my truck. He thought for a second that it was mine and was on his way to grab his 1911. He stepped outside our front door and yelled at them asking what they wanted but whoever it was sped off. He said it looked just like mine minus they had stock badges and TRD decals, I have sockmonkey decals.

Random post I know, especially since it's my first in this particular thread. Now, I feel like I'm going to have to camp in the truck the next few nights.

I've had 2 occasions that two people have looked at my truck all over and have takes a picture of my plates out here in the local target

 

In Fontana. If it was in the daytime, then I could see maybe they want to check it out cause they want an idea for their truck or something. This was at 12:30/12:45 AM though, so I think they were probably looking to see if they could bum a part or two. Luckily my dad crashed on the couch last night.

 

Damn that sucks...then I'm guessing there was someone keeping an eye on it b4 prior to that date for sure

None taken. That's the funny thing, absolutly nothing. Compared to the trucks here on TW, I basically just rolled off the lot. I have BHLM, black LED tail lights, rattle canned the Sport wheels, and a black billet grill thats about it. I'm thinking they were going after something quick and easy like my tailgate? Or even maybe the fogs, since those just pop right out.

Re read my last post, maybe shouldn't have added that "want an idea for their truck" part.

oh ok, haha, have you dont the anti theft mod for your tailgate? If there arent that many mods, then you shouldnt have to worry. Hide your valuables and you should be good. If you're paranoid, buy a $30 security camera off ebay and point it at your driveway.
