Yea mine are first batchers. I thought they didn't even sell those? That's what I was told. I bought mine knowing they were first batchers.

 

Thank you. I need to build a makeshift paint booth in my garage with a heater and paint that sucker before the rear is done next week. Your truck looks bitchin' man. Almost as badass as your crawler. Did you ever fix your cracked wheel?

 

there is no fixing that wheel..nothing but scrap metal..you think i can get at least 5 dolla at the recycling center?


you don't need a paint booth..if you have at least a garage you're good to go. everything i have painted were all done in the garage to include my wheels which were bronze when i first got them. my sliders, rear bumper, my newly installed fiberglass fenders and everything else i have painted on the crawler. satin finish krylon is the easiest spray paint to work with!

 

Never saw pictures. Thought it wasn't that bad. That sucks.

Would you say Krylon as a whole is easier to work with? Primer + Flat Black Krylon was what I was gonna do.

 

i have never used primer and then black..too lazy for all that jazz lol. i like krylon paint as whole because it dries a 1000 times faster then rustoleum. with the krylon it dries to the touch with in a few minutes and ready for another coat in 20-30 minutes...rustoleum takes forever before you can even touch whatever your painting..then you gotta wait hours before you can spray another coat.
