    so i have an idea, take a look at this truck:

    I want a LED light bar on the roof just like that, but instead of it just sticking out, I want to design a fiberglass scoop that runs flush with the roof, kinda like a rally car:

    and the light bar sits inside the scoop, right above the windshield, and the scoop goes back flush with the roof.

    Gotta be careful with roof mounted or hood mounted lights for that matter. Incorrectly positioned, with dust in the air; it can create crazy glare.

    probably be solved if there were a shield or deflector coming down towards the windshield enough to block light from going into the cab :notsure:

    generally yo just place them far enough back away from the windshield and the cab itself is the shield.
