any crawler with a double transfer case setup can do this..it's a weird feeling sometimes when you're going up stuff and don't have the foot on the gas but still going over stuff

Hey guys, thinkin about movin out to socal from the east coast. Looking around joshua tree area. I believe I'm in the right thread for this, considering fontana and el monte aren't too far out. Is joshua tree a nice area to be, not in the middle of city but not too far away, are you legally allowed run around the desert around there?

joshua tree is about an hour from fontana maybe more. Joshua tree/ Yucca valley is ok and far enough away from the city to be decent but close enough to stuff like palm springs for convenience.

Johnson valley (home of the famous hammers trails) is right in joshua trees/ Yucca valley's back yard and is 190,000 acres of open desert. Big bear is about an hour away and has hundreds of trails. In fact you can go from Joshua tree to Big Bear without touching pavement. There is also Death valley 2.5 hours north, Anza Borrego 2.5 hours south. There are countless places to wheel here...:D

Well you just sold me, currently I'm 1.5 hours from the only wheeling park in the area basically, and if I'm not mistaken its only 6000 acres. Socals sounding pretty awesome comparitively to my area. Thanks yoytoda

California sucks, don't move here. There's plenty of wheeling elsewhere. I can't wait to get out of here myself.

Why's that stubbs? I'm worried about all there laws that cal has compared to where I am now. Seems a lot more strict out there. Other than that it doesn't seem bad.

Im from the Big city and I love Socal/LA. People complain cuz of high tax and regulations, but it doesnt bother me....just look at my truck!

I wouldnt consider living anywhere else, but then again, I have an awesome job that pays for my lifestyle

Im sure California can benefit from a lot of people moving out

I've done just fine for myself, I own a home and all that good stuff, I'm just tired of the filth, the free loaders and a state that caters to people who aren't here legally and can't even vote for the morons who throw shit at em.

Can't see there being a lot of gangs in the joshua tree area, then again I'm not familiar with the area so what do I know. Since you brought guns and coffee into play, what's gun laws out there like, are they strict out there?

Yea Pa is a welfare state with a good amount of freeloaders as well. Working the system as long as they possibly can.
