    What mods do you want to do? The reason that I ask is that a warranty can not be voided in entirety due to modification. A warranty claim can be denied if modification was the cause or a contributing factor to the failure, i.e. it must be within the same system or affect the system. Aftermarket parts in and of themselves do not give cause to void the warranty, if that were true, you wouldn't be able to use a Mobil1 oil filter, it by definition is aftermarket. They can not void if a comparible, high quality, aftermarket part is used. My best advise would be to consider what modifications you want to make and how they affect your vehicle, then weigh out your concerns before you make your decision.
