I owned a 71 3/4 ton for 27 years, just sold it when I bought the Taco. I still have a 72 shortbox 4x4 project truck in the garage. They are great looking trucks.

I built a 69 GMC C-10 a few years ago. Loved it and ready to build another. I sold it to pay off a few bills, big mistake. My brother has a 72 Chevy C-10 I want to get from him. I'll throw up pictures later.

Nice to see some old Chevy's on the site. I have been a Chevy owner for a long time...

78 K5, 85 K5, 89 Sub, 94 FS Blaz, 95 Sub, 95 K1500, all 4 x 4's all darn good vehicles. All before GM quality started going downhill. The 85 K5 was about my favorite...all black, had my "first" phone mounted on the console. That was about in 93 or so...freaking hilarious.

Never had a C10 or one that old. But still good to see the old Bowtie represent.

I don't have any pictures, but my step-dad has four of them.
70 2wd short bed step side
    69 2wd short bed
    71 4wd 3/4 ton
71 4wd half ton frame with 3/4 ton axles.

Over the years he has bought and sold 14 other 67-72 chevys. My favorite was a 72 K20 with a 454.

I learned to drive stick on a 68LB 40 years ago and hope someday to have room for a nice 70-72 SB in original condition to toy with.
    Best looking Chevy/GMC ever IMO.

My dad had a 71 that originally was bought by my grandfather in his later years. It sat in his yard until it was nothing but a pile of rust though :(.
