you can reuse the washers. they are solid copper, not crush washers. they will be fine.

Rev match and only dump at higher rpm. :burnrubber: I hardly notice I rev match going up or down. Honestly though, this is by far the most forgiving clutch I've driven. Pressure isn't enough to get that flex going compared to my 09 Colorado. First time I drove the taco my foot almost went into the engine! The hill brake makes it easy on climbs. I tested it on a around a 20+ degree out where I live (how I learned to take off on a hill) and had no issues since you're over revving from start, cause gravity. Just don't overcook the clutch from the takeoff. Having to pull people out a lot (hurricanes, snowstorms, mud, idiots) the couple times I was trying to milk it and started to burn a bit. If you roll a bit before romping should be g2g. Ohh this is without tune or re-gearing.

Wow I don’t think it’s that light at all.....not a mustang GT by any means, but it’s way heavier than my old Subarus and some VWs my family had. Feels heavy enough to be trucky but not too heavy that it wears on your left leg.

Well the colorado does have a push like a stage 3 but then again I don't skip leg day. I don't know if there is a tensioner that could be adjusted since I think it's a partial/full hydraulic.

This quote is as far as I’ve read because it’s the right thing to do. For sure. Do this before you buy anything else for your truck. Get one from Trident904, if he has any left. I’m not tagging him bc I’m sure someone else already has...

Exactly what I would do. I really disliked this clutch before the delete. Such a finicky and erratic pain in the. So much more fun to drive this transmission now.

It shifts like a truck, but I have yet to stall. It feels notchy sometimes and other times it goes into gear as smooth as butter.

Very different from my Acura, you can slam gears all day and it always felt the same.

This truck varies from each shift lol.

    None yet
I’ve had my truck about 2 weeks now and I’m finally starting to improve my shifting performance. I think I was being too gentle at first. I tend to rev a little higher now between 1st and 2nd. Last night I spent 2 hours in traffic between Baltimore and DC doing some death defying maneuvers.

I just ordered the crush washers and will order the Redline MT-90 tomorrow. Best price online for the Redline was eBay, $47.25 with free shipping for 3 quarts. If it turns out well I won't mess with the accumulator, especially while the truck is still under full factory warranty for everything.

I have an extra ADM up here. About to install one on my truck.

Also going to be changing out my differentials and transmission fluids too. Expensive :(

Just a note that after about 1,000mi, you have essentially no warranty on the clutch and associated parts.

A few people had true material issues and either struggled to get some good will or were SOL.

Just hope you don’t pull a lot of air in the system from install. Seems to be a lot of folks doing that .. and it seems like a fairly straight install. Humph.

Guess I’ll see if my clutch pedal falls to the floor.
