    I have the 5 speed, but I've been running Redline MT-90 for the last 20k miles. I noticed that it shifts a little better in the cold than it did with the stock fluid, but that could also be attributed to the break-in. Nonetheless, even if it doesn't make a huge difference in feel, it won't hurt to put some fresh lube in there.
