My guess would be that the rear brakes are self energizing. He did a small lift in the rear and the shoes have been slightly dragging all this time. Were the parking brake cables dropped when the lift was installed? The shoes wear some causing them to self energize when he moves forward.

seems kinda weird but makes sense. I'd just expect some traction control light or something.

Hold up. You’re just using the clutch? Not using the gas AT ALL??

It’s just a leveling kit in the front nothing in the rear

I am thinking the same thing. Why are you not using the throttle?

Yes just using the clutch to move a couple feet like in the drive thru or in or out of a parking spot don’t feel like i need to give it throttle

But first gear is fully in position I’m just using the clutch no throttle, I’ve driven my 1st gen for years like that does fine, i don’t know or understand how that would be the problem

I think you can narrow it down to the leveling kit.

you have the wrong truck for that. the only time i'd find that do-able is if i was teaching a newb to drive a stick just to find the friction point. this truck needs gas. like, every time.

So I think I figured out what’s going on, and what’s causing my problem. So yesterday afternoon I was parked on a downhill driveway getting ready to pull out on to the main road, I released my parking brake, and didn’t move. I put it in first and gave it some help to start rolling, once it started it stopped again clutch in and no emergency brake, finally I messed with the parking brake, and she came loose and started rolling. So now my question is why is my emergency brake sticking after I disengage it?

I have read a few issues with the rear drums "freezing" after a car wash... Could the lifter blocks cause this line to stretch? Anyway, stock Sport MT and have not had any of these issues, so good luck OP.

I did go through a carwash on a Friday and it’s started that following weekend, but I don’t have any blocks in the rear, or any kind of rear lift

What you’re probably feeling is the “brake hold” feature kicking in when you’re on a hill. It won’t let you roll back until you press the gas.
