Bay Area dealers have base 58s for 4500-5500 off.

    As the token 4runner guy,

they’re hitting the dealers. I expect they will be less popular and problem prone til they work the kinks out

I thought I saw 2-3k off in December on 24 models. Toyota just puts these things on the lot to sell Tundras. I like the look of the LC, I think I'd regret getting an SUV. I can get a lot of truck for 65k.

I'll be happy when they destroy the resale of the LC250, there's zero reason to own a LC and it almost feels like toyota knows that.

    upload_2025-1-18_17-52-45.png

I've owned a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen, 4th wasnt comfy for me and I was declined a 2014 model when I asked because of high demand and they didnt want me to use my discount :(

It was really dumb to make the 250 and GX overlap so much in price.

It's just baffling, its a prado, 4runner is the north american prado. The FJ was at least a unique 2 door prado.

I hate it if it isnt clear. The design and how they drive, everything.

Toyota would probably be better off building more XtraCab Tacomas instead of some of these other vehicles.

Yeah we didn’t even bother test driving one once we saw one on the lot with a price over $100K on the sticker. Just on principle we knew we weren’t buying one at that point, even if it was one of the “cheaper” models.

    100k for a 2024 Land Cruiser is ridiculous, even in California. I paid 45k for a brand new 2024 4Runner Off-road Premium.

Exactly. it should be a crime to put a price like that on one of those vehicles. It doesn’t do anything practical that my 3rd gen Tacoma can’t do, and I got my taco new from the dealer for 32K.

idk where you live at but 65k isn’t even a downpayment on the average median house in the USA

There were alot of homes sold in the past five years. Most sold for over asking and people paid so they could obtain that property. Probably more than they could comfortably afford at the time. With inflation tax rates and insurance cost rising how many people are going to be able to afford to stay in those homes?
