    Nice truck, but I’ve got two questions...

    1. What are they smoking?
    2. Can I have a hit?!?!

    Seriously...

    That truck probably cost like $15K new. Where do they get the balls to charge almost $30K for a base model automatic RC?!?!

    Nice low miles exceptional truck. It will take a few years (without being driven) for it to mature into a show vehicle. Keep it completely original to make it in the Japanese Classic Car Club after it turns 25.

    Now comes the question. Who would like to spend over $26,000 for a truck that you can't drive in anticipation that it might appreciate over 10 years? Then when it gets to be over 25 years old, you get to deal with rubber restoration. I can't do the math on this one.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    That's is what I paid for my 2004 TRD 4x4 doublecab in 2005 (not adjusted for inflation, of course)

    For that price I could have bought 10 of my truck.

    And mine has better stories.

    Or you could spend 5 grand more and get a BRAND NEW one that still has a factory warranty.

    Only down side I guess is that you'd be buying a 3rd gen... :anonymous:

    There is no way on god's green earth that thing is "worth" that much.

    That low of mileage means squat, and if anything, having that low of mileage is worse than having 90k miles on it. It's been sitting around for so long that all the engine parts corrode because oil hasn't touched them in 15 years.

    It still needs to have all its rubber pieces replaced, and all the same maintenance as any vehicle that old (since most maintenance is base on mileage OR age). At least it's only a 4cyl so it doesn't need a timing belt.

    Bet you they put it up for sale as an experiment so see what idiot bites and pays that much.

    Not only the stupid outrageous price, but also the fact that is has such low mileage always scares me. Would like to take a boroscope and look around the inside of the engine for corrosion. Same with the cooling system.

    Like said before, I’d buy a new one, or offer 15k for this thing. Interesting but not worth 26k to most ppl.
