    He's fully qualified to do it, but AOAA doesn't let you do it alone.

    Minimum of 3 vehicles per group, 1 can be the support vehicle. Support vehicle
    MUST BE a full size vehicle! Absolutely no SxS’s, UTV’s, ATV’s or Motorcycles
    for support vehicles.

    Hasn't found anyone else, as far as I know. I told him to call AOAA ahead and see if anyone else is doing it and if they can get them in touch with each other to make it happen. I don't think anyone on here is qualified/capable (to AOAA requirements, Ross posted above).
