old 2000 lb UTV/ATV/Trailer winch. If not one takes it, it's going in the trash.

 

If I had a garage I'd take it and build a garage crane, hell if no one else takes it I might, could throw it on the mower. lol

 

I'll give it a home, as I have a couple of projects cooking where it could come in handy.

 

I'll let you guys rock paper scissors for it, cage match for it or whoever finds me at 141 first and claims it...... it's just gotta get gone. It's been sitting on the steps to my condo, impeding my ingress and egress for a over a year. If i haven't done the project with it now, it's never going to get done.

Cheeses going on Sunday, any preferences for cheeses?

Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Cheddar Jack, Pepper Jack.

I'm thinking on grabbing a dollar store shredder so we can shred some for pig tacos.

 

I'm lactose intolerant so I will defer to the group on this one.....

 

Horseradish cheddar? Habanero cheddar?

 

Can you do gouda?

Hm. I usually just do plain cheddars or pepperjack. But I can absolutely look out for something like that while I'm at the store anyway, buying 20 blocks of cheese good call.

 

Unfortunately, from experience, no gouda (like i'd have to go home wrapped in a diaper if I had some). The longer the cheese is aged, the more the lactose breaks down. again, From experience, I can do aged cheddars.

 

I make no promises, but I'll see what I can do

 

If you want something smoked just bring it, we'll probably run the pig fairly low after an initial period.
