I respectfully disagree, as that fails the acid test.

I mean I guess if I have to. Because last year went so smooth :spy:

Food is TBD. I will absolutely have something to bring, just don't know what it'll be yet, if I'm doing cheese or not.

Wife informed me we have a schedule conflict so Im going to likely miss this. Disappointed. Wanted to bring my son down and do some wheeling and camping with him. Hopefully next year.

I can't schedule dinner tomorrow, how the hell do you already have a scheduling conflict 8 months out?

I'll provide a couple ribeyes again unless I get shitcanned or quit in the next 8 months.

IDK how people liked the marinade last year, but I can certainly do that again for one of them.

    It was fantastic.

I'm currently booked out through January 2nd of 2024, it turns into an arms race to get things on the calendar.

Apparently we committed to heading to Virginia to go to a VA Tech game with my little brother, who currently goes there, and its that weekend. Hard to complain about that but I am disappointed about missing AOAA again.

I did it stock w/ skids and sliders. Stock suspension and tires. If you cross the road, that side is overall easier than the side with the office and campground. Typically there are many groups going out looking for varying trail levels - from stock first timers to holy crap hold on tight.

    They vary. Wildly.

Usually there's a few different groups that run trails together based on chosen difficulty. Greens usually stick together, blues usually stick together, black/reds usually stick together. There's some likelihood of crossover, especially based on how wet the rocks are that weekend, AOAA trails can be super grippy or as slick as slick gets when they're wet. Honestly, YouTube is a good source to get a sense of what the place has to offer.

Hanging in! Busy as all hell with work. My truck took a back seat for a while and I was mainly camping with some light offroading.

    They range from:
easy for a 6 year old on a 2wd quad
    to
No, you can tell that's a trail not a waterfall because of the tire marks and scrapes from diffs and skids.

    Something for everyone.
