Orientation and cleanup are unrelated. It's about getting the optimum pooping angle (OPA), which is approximately -5° off horizontal. From there, clean up is a matter of what's available for your use. We have the bum hole cleaning rank (BHCR), which ranges from -1 (poison ivy leaves) to 10 (pressure washer). Typically a 10 is actually dangerous to health, so we advise a 7 is the highest score you can achieve without getting into dangers.

I'd argue that a -1 would be dangerous to health too. Unless, of course, you had first made a tea out of the poison ivy leaves. Then you're immune to such dangers.

So every Christmas, my Taco gets dresses up and hauls Santa through the neighborhood handing out candy and collecting nonperishable food donations for the food bank. I definirely need to do more lighting...

If anyone is looking to sleep in an actual bed but stay close to the trails then there is a house for rent. For now its available Oct 13-15 and a bunch of us stayed there back in 2018. Place was fine at the time and it was great to be so close to AOAA that you didnt have to bother with airing back up. Chain hotels are about 20-40 minutes away and a couple Bed & Breakfasts are in town.

    Number of rooms:
    5 bed 2 bath + Kitchen

    Size: 1856 square feet

Rates: 1-4 persons $200 per night, $35 each additional person plus a $100 dollar cleaning fee. $30 dollar one time pet fee.

I'm in 153 so if anyone wants to chill with a rottweiler puppy and a gsd that's where they'll be.

For those that don't know Atlas is no longer with us.

Sorry to hear that, never easy losing a 4 legged friend, I'll be in the site next to you in 152, probably bringing my pit/border collie mix he's 7 and friendly with people and dogs.

Also if anyone needs a spot, I'll have plenty of room, I'll be in a tent and my truck so i'm sure I can fit others easily

145 - through the woods behind Adam and John.

@PCTaco sorry to hear about Atlas. Always a tough one. It's one of the deals of the contract we sign, one day they'll break our hearts. Until then, treats and walkies.
