So I traded in my 06 for a 17 MT... kinda miss the ol one to be sure but love the new one too.. any way pulled my shift knob out, but now am hesitant to put it on the new truck because the shift lever moves around a lot while driving especially off road and I’m not sure all that extra weight being thrown around at the end of the shifter would be ok for the tranny. What do you guys think? Thanks!

    So....to recap.

You think your knob might be too much for the tranny to take.

    Hmm.
