Thanks  it's really not that nice though. Ride it during the summer to save gas and miles off the truck.

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Hmmm, I never even thought that's how one would go about taking off the roof, but it makes sense. We had a hail storm a few years back that was pretty similar. I don't remember the exact breakdown, but it was $11k worth of damage for my truck and my wife's car.

Here's some hail we snagged before a tornado hit our town last year. House took a beating (to the tune of $30k) and has been repaired, truck was under a carport and the bigger hail tore right through the metal roof but luckily didn't cause any damage to our vehicles. Oklahoma has the tornadoes, hail, and more and more earthquakes lately...it really has terrible weather.

You definitely had it worse out your way. The one down here by tinker was just across the freeway from me  we only had blown fences and a few damaged shingles (fixed ourself, cheaper than deductible)

Dang, dude. Rough! I've had my truck fixed once for hail and they did a great job but yours is over the top! I was in Tulsa when that quake hit OK - funny stuff. I definitely didn't feel it.

Well I'm glad that didn't hit the truck. It was bad enough baseball size, I don't need grapefruits.

Surprised insurance didn't total it. My ford got beat up some minor hits on the roof but the stupid aluminum hood looked like a golf ball.
