Ok so the decision has been made to build up the black donor truck not the red on e for many reasons. So the red truck is being stripped and parted. The suspension is going as is the front diff and complete rear axle. Everything else is up for grabs. 3.4 is running great with fresh timing belts, water pump, tensioner etc, (has a gasket leak between cylinder 2-4, mechanic confirmed) frame has a ton of fab work and straight within Toyota specs. Trans and transfer very well maintained. 4x ecu, harness and all wiring etc available. Pretty much anything a 3.4 trd 4x4 dbl cab would have, minus suspension and diffs... Let me know. I know a bunch of u wanted parts but I don remember who cuz had some many text, pm and dm's asking lol

Trying not to ship, prefer pick up or meet.

Yup, it's great if you can make it work! I debated a year off like that and going south, but student loans must be repayed...it helps when you can afford to travel AND pay loans. Of course, now there's a mortgage involved :ballchain:

Yeah, extended trips and time on the road sounds like a blast! The whole avoiding the conventional way of living is possible if you have enough money and are willing to sacrifice some things. Everything is a trade off. So, if you can't find someone that can join you on your journey(and won't eventually get on your nerves or drive you bonkers), you'll be spending a lot of time alone. What if your rig breaks down...you can't live in it when it's in the shop. I'm not coming down on that guy's choices or lifestyle at all, I'm just saying...it's probably not as easy as the read was.
Hey, I wish I had a mortgage.....I'm still paying someone else's to live in S.B. As much as I love this area, the price of living here is starting to wear on me. Be happy you can go home and call it your own man!

    what's wrong with it?

edit: o i see you were rear ended
have them cut you the check for 3,200 and spend the money right, instead of wasting it at the shop... it's your right to have the truck "repaired" anywhere you please. take the check, cut that shit off and build a new bumper for 200$.

Why don't we start planning a meet for say Friday evening 9/18/15 at the Habbit on La Cumbre.
I know my buddy Brian has been wanting to go a local meet up...

All who are in just post up and I'll keep a list of everyone who's planning on attending.
