The wiring will be easy... toughest part will be where to attach them. Is your grille stock? If so not sure that would be the best place for them as it would greatly reduce their usable output.

Anyways for the electrical you'll need a 12v relay, an inline fuse (or an aux fuse panel) a switch and some hookup wire..

You should come up with a good mounting solution before anything else..

yeah, I think that is why they have been in my garage for a while. Couold never decide how I wanted them. Awful idea to go behind the stock grille? Always been looking for an aftermarket grille that would work better, but putting the money towards suspension first. Just had these lying around and wondered if it would be an easy install. Any suggestions?

They look like Hella 500FF lights. Drill holes in your bumper and mount with large washers underneath. Wire directly into the high beam wiring and voila.

Do a satoshi grill and a mount behind the grill.
Those will throw a ton of light if you convert them with an HID kit

hey does anybody want these emblems? I also have a bar that goes in the sliding window to make it hard to open for thieves which is kind of useless for me now that I have the shell. All is free for whoever comes and gets it.

Badges are plastodipped. The TRD emblem is metal gloss black, tacoma is the stock plastic chrome. You can paint them however.

Yea definitely, makes them way way brighter. You can buy an HID kit from DDM tuning for cheap too

While I make no guarantees, I've used gasoline or kerosene to clean plastic on bumpers and body panels so I think it would be ok. As for discoloration? I don't know. It hasn't eaten through paint yet. Clean and wash off.

edit: I mean, they do store kerosene and gasoline in plastic containers, so...

Ended up using a good old fashion wax comb to get most of it off. Took a while though. I'll try finishing it with gas or something tomorrow. It's beer:30!

It may leave a ring from the wax, I use goop off and throw a little sand on it and then use the wax comb, sometimes even WD-40 works.
