Get some color matched paint and clear coat and do it yourself. Save the dough! :notsure: I'll probably be doing it myself pretty soon.

Take your paint code to a paint shop. They can mix it for you and put it in a rattle can. You pay a little extra for it, but if you don't have a compressor and a gun it works out great!

    Am I doing this right?
May need to do this myself. The chrome is killing me. Probably the only aesthetic mod I feel like I need to do

yeah the code is listed inside the driver side door. 1G3 is for the mag grey if anyone else has that. We should gather for a little mod fiesta! I know I got a lot of stuff I want to get done, the grill, the surrounding, suspension, and lighting.

You're going to have a hard time getting regular paint to adhere properly to chrome.

On a separate note: before I go ahead and buy them; anyone here do alignments at home, and have turntables or toe plates / etc, that they'd be willing to let me borrow for a couple hours? Obviously I'll provide liquid reimbursement. Life's too short to spend 2.5hrs watching "professionals" fumble over themselves, and pull this shit:

 don't want to know who did that!!

There won't be a problem with adhesion. If it was real chrome like they made 20+ years ago, I'd agree. But it's just plastic bullshit these days. Nothing a quick sand can't solve!
