Lol yeah. We ran into a few instructional issues. Now my bumper is on, Micah's bumper is on. The swingout still needs to be installed but we can't get it to go together for the life of us. Anybody with a pic of it assembled or instructions would be appreciated. We are going back to work tomorrow!

Damn still up? Best to re-attack with daylight my friend. Unless you have class.... haha but really good luck. Perhaps we should do a meetup sometime.

What doesn't fit? Usually the swing out is the easier part.

What are you stuck on? The swingout bearing/spindle assembly?

Haha it's partially just our lack of intelligence. The dust seal is not fitting into the hinge

I took a photo of how everything goes together when I first installed mine, but of course I can't find it anywhere. Take a photo of everything and I can say what goes where. Or I can help you out tomorrow sometime.

    1. Place the lower bearing into the swingout (it should be obvious which bearing goes on the bottom and top I think they are different sizes)
    2. Insert dust seal on bottom of swingout (I believe I had to slowly help mine along with a rubber mallet, since the fit was so tight.)
    3. Guide swingout onto spindle
    4. Insert upper bearing, washer castle nut and finally cotter pin and top.
Make sure to grease the bearings before you put them in. When tightening the castle nut I snugged it up, then moved the swingout and up and down a little and then tightened some some more. repeated that until they was no play and I knew the everything was seated correctly on the spindle.

Awesome! We were running into the issue with the dust seal not fitting but we will give it another go!
