Anybody have a CAI installed? v6, whats it going to do for me? had a K&N CAI on my F150 with a throttle body spacer because I liked to tell chicks in high school it was nos haha. But did enjoy the whistle made me feel fast! but have heard mixed reviews on the CAI in the taco.... if anyone has personal experiences, would love to hear about it. I commute a solid 3 miles to work, but I do drive up 395 quite a bit.

Ah. Mine is front and rear fenders but now with the commuter car it'll be an even rarer site in SB.

The tires rub on the UCA's at full lock, but not too bad. I ordered some 3/4" spacers from Bora that should solve the problem.

I cleaned the truck, wiped it down with mineral spirits, then water, then dried it. I don't think you have to do that much, I was just being careful.

Not too bad! Spacers will definitely help.

Also, anybody know the legality of trimming a license plate? I've seen the import/euro community do this but have never heard how legal it is..

I think it's illegal but the cops wouldn't get you for it unless you cut some vital info. I've seen people with no front go a long time without a ticket.

Kinda like how all our light bars and bumpers are technically illegal due to not being DOT/SAE approved but they don't give too much hell for it.

What kind of bar is it? We will have to go test it out. I'm going to rewire my light bar soon and could use a hand if you don't mind.
