Also, anybody down for a west run after the holidays? Really want to try out my new springs and put them to the test.

Tried to install one of those Hitch Safes with my girlfriend's brother today. I originally read that they are awful. They are easy to break into and whatever, but I have the hidden hitch behind my license plate so nobody would know it was there.

Anyway, they don't fit Toyota hitches since ours are more rounded on the corners than others so her brother's grinding bench came in handy. However, even after getting it rounded out to fit, it sticks out too far for the license plate to sit flush now... So it is on her brothers ranger haha.

So if you are thinking about getting one ever to put behind your plate, don't.

Dude I had a real problem installing mine as well, but it turns out that putting it in backwards (combo facing the front of the truck) worked perfectly, and it can't be seen from the outside. I do kind of have to climb under there to open it though... HC rear FTMFW!

I tried that but the holes to slide the pins in didn't line up. Would have had to cut the receiver. That was my original plan because it would be more hidden but nothing I can do. Oh well.

I'd like to go. I've still never been up there and I've been around the area almost 4 years. I always go down East to the springs...
