What a dick. I think I saw a bed rack for sale in LA on TW. I'll look for it again.

I can't believe I missed THIS allpoo thread! I hope that guy get things worked out, cause I know at least a handful of people that have been screwed by them over the past few years alone.

Here's a quote from a member about All-Pro, I'm sure you all have seen his build

"Hey bud! Glad ya found me.

Well I'm glad you asked. Because honestly, hindsight, I would not buy from Allpro ever again. Would not and will not.

Here is the reason I did buy from them.

They had everything. Armor, lift kit, shocks, ect. I wanted to get everything in one spot. I was able to get a good discount for buying everything at once from them and got free shipping.

Here is why I would never buy from them again.

Their communication is the worst I have ever experienced from any company I have ever dealt with. Many, many times throughout the 9 months I've been dealing with them (from the day I bought my parts till now) I have had so many problems with them.

    •Sent the wrong leafsprings
    •Sent the wrong rear shocks
•Upper control arms didn't fit (had to send them back)
•Told me they were shipping something and never did (multiple times) had to keep prodding them with emails and calls.
•Jon (the owner) came off very rude to me.
•Jons wife Tracy would tell me one thing and then I would ask or tell Jon and he'd have no clue what I was talking about and tell me something completely different.
•Held my build up multiple times.
•Just this last instant, they forgot to send me my boot kits so they told me they were going to overnight them (last Tuesday) so I got everything ready to put my truck together the next morning and they didn't show up. They never shipped them like they said. I called and left a message that night and they never called me back the next day. I'm done with allpro.

Go with Total Chaos or someone else man.

I'm taking the stickers off the control arms and will not stick any of their decals on my truck.

I will give them credit where it is due. They did send me the heim joint pin adapters for free when I couldn't find them anywhere.

Hope this helps man. I spent $9000 at Allpro and felt they did not take communicating things to me serious at all."

Sounds about on par with what the guy from that other thread stated :notsure:

I've only ordered 2 things from them (through a 3rd party via group buy and something of the sort) and was lucky not to have any issues. But I have obviously heard of many horror stories!

    Did it ever get resolved?
You're gonna get a way better one. @glorifiedwelder is a great fabricator.
I've heard this from a few. I had a pretty good experience with them besides sending the wrong parts. I got their UBolt Flip kit and it was the wrong plates and bolts.

They answered a few of my questions about leaf springs. I'd say that they weren't as responsive as say Satin or Tyler at Pelfreybilt or Eric or Brittony at Relentless, but not awful.

I've heard enough bad to be a bit swayed though.

    Am I doing this right?
Yeah it came terribly mangled. But I'd blame the shipping company. It's a long trip to get from All-Pro to us. But then again, it was shipped as just the rack with a shipping label slapped on it. Took them about a month and a half, if not more to refund me my money though.

Found a place in LA that will sell them for $100 off MSRP per wheel.

I thought I read somewhere that they don't even make their own stuff. That some fab place in cali actually welds every thing up for them? :notsure:
