a lot of people from up your way just called in sick cause they didn't want to deal with it. haha. Making it a long weekend i guess!

 

Been there, it was stressful but I felt worse for my girl.

Got pretty close to just finding him first with some buddies but that's never the answer

 

Haha I tried but I have no info other than his number and his wife's name. And that they love in Lompoc. I just wanted to know who he was. I wasn't going to confront him or anything, just wanted the piece of mind knowing he was just a crazy dude or if he was actually hunting me down haha

 

I would have, but having just started here, I don't have any accrued PTO. I got to work at 9:15 so that's OK. 2 hour commute though

 

No wonder I smelled smoke this morning.

 

Anybody know if an ARB single compressor will be able to fill up a 2 gallon tank to 150 psi?

Yeah free way has been closed for a few hours now...it jumped or almost jumped from what I read.... kinda glad me and the dog got out of town this weekend......

I was on the side of the 101 right when they started closing it. The flames were very close to the road but those may have been back-burns or whatever theyre called. We could feel the heat from the fire as we sat on the southbound side. CHP drove by and said on the loudspeaker to leave or he'd cite everyone.

Yep. As if the circus up there wasn't already annoying enough as is. Been a steady stream of cars up and down all night.

Not yet. Farren is the easterly boundary. We'll see as the night progresses.
