Dude seriously, just shut the fuck up cause you don't know what you're talking about. There's nothing "illegal" about owning high capacity magazines in California, regardless of how old he is. It's illegal to buy, sell, manufacture them, but if Devin went to a gun range and "found" 5 high cap magazines in the trash can, he can legal pick them up and take them home.

    Not at all.
Devin asked a legit question and is getting fed a bunch of wrong information by some bag that feminine hygiene product comes in...who can't follow a fucking flow chart. The good thing about California gun laws, is they are black and white (albeit with a bunch of loopholes). There are no age restrictions about owning a rifle and the flow chart is the same whether you're 18 or 81.

The "grandfathering" numbnuts is referring to above happend with the original assault rifle ban back where you had to register your assault rifle and it exempts guns manufactured (and owned) before the ban. The fact is, if you remove all the "evil features," you don't need a bullet button, and hi cap mags are completely legal, because it's not considered an assult weapon according to CA law.

Follow the flow chart...stay out of jail...asshole stays the same size.

Alright jerry, let's devin do what ever he wants. Im reciting direct conversion from the "'law" do what you will. I just dealt with all of this fist hand and know what the man actually abides by in cali. Arguing over the internet is like competing in the special Olympics, even if you think you've won, you're still a ratard. I guess the ATF, DOJ, the santa barbara court system, and the highway patrol all lied to me.

    Ok Falcor.
See that? I looked at the name in your avatar next to the part where it says "Name".

Seeing as how you can't figure out someone's name despite the obvious clues, I'm not suprised you got taken for a ride by the california government. You're not the first, nor will you be the last. You should have called calguns foundation and they would have backed your ass up for free.

You're reciting your encounter with the "law." I provided direct links to the laws. If you want, I can give you the exact penal codes line by line as well. But, judging by your character it wouldn't make a difference.

And "ratard"..let me look that one up.

    Yep...seems legit.

Ahaha that's great! Its not my fault my phone correct your name and retard. I don't spell check on this thing. Im not trying to blow this up in any way, shape or form, im just giving advice from personal experience and from recently reading all the info you have dished out. Let me find my stamped signed letter from the state and ill scan it in and show you. Its about 30 pages, and I think I hung it next to all my rifles as souvenir.

Yes the gate has been opened and the local west runs are usually just up on the fb page not on here cause we usually do late night runs so we can haul ass and have a less likely chance of having someone coming the other way. I'll probably get one togeather next week to try out the new rear suspension
