also does anyone want to go up to cherry valley this weekend? Do some shooting and clean up a little? I guess some guys have a good thing going with clean up. they are pileing all the trash into the first shooting area until they can get enough for a dumpster and then they will haul it away.

yup, i'm going. usually only certain types of ammo is cheap and often times it's range ammo, not zombie killer rounds. but some show there are really good deals on nice ammo, hopefully this will be one of them

either way it's nice to stock up. we'll see if i pick up something on my wish list

thats cool those guys are doing that. i'd go help out but i'm too damn busy this weekend. i'll just keep doing my part on my own when i'm up there

cherry creek is back in rose valley behind Ojai. take highway 33 towards Taft, from Ojai. it's about 40 min. there's a sign for cherry creek before you pass it, it'll be on your left. i was up there 2 weeks ago and the gate was closed, but the creek was low so you could rock hop across. the first range is right there. less than 5 min walk from the gate

shoulder injuries kept me out. separated my left one my sophomore year in football. junior i separated my left shoulder while i was racing motocross. i went to the lake this summer and i can barely swim 50 feet without my shoulders buggin. best thing for me is to actually swim.. just have no time anymore.

i know all about shoulder injuries... broke my collar bone and separated my right shoulder junior year of football, torn my rotator cuff while playing with the practice team for the LA Avengers while they were still around and tore my labrum in 2 spots and chipped of chunks of the shoulder socket when i was in the miliatry. all were good times...lol

    shit sucks hard

I checked wood today, lil crowded...strand was overhead with 100 mph offshores. Would have been real good if wind wasn't as strong. Tomorrow morning should be good there!
