    Ya I'm clueless too! The rear amber came out great...all the wiring I did I am very happy with, lil solder here and butt connector there....wire loom everywhere....

    Fucking dam lights work! :rant:

    Gonna head back over to parents and give it another go around, ran out of time. I know the lights work, we tested them on someone else's ballasts a while back....my orig ballasts were bad....now got new ddm ballasts....idk! :pout:

    Check all grounds, and connectins. On One of the connections sometimes you have to flip it 180 degrees to reverse the polarity if that makes sense.. I'm on my phone ill see if I can find a pic of what I'm trying to explain

    EDIT: Back on a computer. If you can measure with a volt meature or something if you are getting current past your butt splices. That could also be a problem

    I have found that with HID ballasts they require a lot of current when they are turned on then require less once they have warmed up. If you don't have enough current at the initial start up only one or two will start, not all 3 or 4.

    I had a similar problem that you are having when I was wiring another users HID lights (Taco Skim, Rene). I had to use large gauge wires (10 ga. I think) and draw power directly from the main fuse block. The relay can be switched on and off by a ignition switched source and the relay switch requires very little current and a small gauge wire.

    So, if I were you, just use a large gauge wire for everything (including the ground). Make sure all connections are good, especially the ground. And make sure your relay is capable of at least 14amps. If you have 3, 55w lights that is 165 watts and that equals 13.75 amps. If your relay is only 12 amps then you need another relay.

    hey guys...found a killer deal on slightly used bfg mud terrains...only issue is they're 255/75/17. im running at ko's right now at 265/70/17. will there be much difference size-wise between these two? i know the 255/75/17 will be slightly taller, but with them being 255 will they be too narrow a tire for my truck? i was originally contemplating moving up in size, but this deal is almost too good to pass up. any info would help. thanks guys!
