    Barstow Day Trip!!
Me and a couple other guys are going to Barstow this weekend Saturday, March 1st. We will be leaving at around 5 or 6 not sure yet.
Anyone in or near Long Beach we will be meeting up the krispy kreme by the traffic circle at one of those times. Anyone else can meet us out there.
I will personally not be spending the night but feel free.

Hit me up for more details. PM me for contact information.

Tacocrew is rolling deep so lets get TW to get rolling!!

Sounds good, I'll be in touch next time I'm tinkering with the truck. I do have this obnoxious vibration/rattle under the passenger side fender that I'd like to fix. Maybe that's my next little project.

I have a manual guage type, your welcome to borrow.

I was almost thinking we should make an 805 tool thread, where we can all post up what tools we have that others can potentially borrow. Could come in handy for times like this. Meh food for thought.

    Hey everyone!
I'm semi new to TW but thought I would introduce myself. Born and raised in SB and got a Tacoma in July! It's the best thing ever. I'm thinking about doing Bilstein 5100's all around and need some reassurance that I can do it on my own. I'm a competent tinkerer but by no means skilled in anything auto.
    Thanks in advance!

Welcome, whats up! What HS did you go to? I just got an Icon stage 1 lift with 3 leaf AAL in the back. The AAL was fairly easy, going to do the COs later this week.

Its easy enough if you know how to follow directs and know how to use a wrench! If not, there are plenty of folks willing to help out in the sb area. WELCOME!

    Thanks!
I actually home schooled all through high school. I had a few hobbies that prevented normal schooling and my parents wanted me to travel. Where did you go? I would have been class of 08

I want to do 5100s all around and a 1.5-2" AAL in the back. Can't throw down for the Icon, wish I could...

I'm solid with tools, I've just never been taught cars. Everything seems pretty straight forward from my research on here. TW is quite a time sucker. Maybe I will bribe some of you with a six pack and some pizza for your help!

I did! Took a crack at some QS contests and went on quite a few photo trips. It's fun but doesn't pay the bills. lol.

I would be grateful for some help but I won't be ordering parts for about 2-3 weeks.

Just remember, a six pack will get it taken apart. It takes a case to put it back together.

Oh man this thread is making me feel older than dirt. Class of "0 anything" makes me think I graduated when Moses was in short pants.
Anyway, B: I just did the Bilstein 5100 install and changed my front coils to OME coils. If you are mechanically inclined it is not that difficult. I would be willing to give you some pointers and help out if I can. The 5100s are DEFINITLEY an upgrade. I LOVE the way my truck dives now.
