Looks awesome man! Looks like you guys are very much enjoying the move. Congrats on the purchase of the home! That's never a small feat. I'm still a fan of that spot off Lockwood. Nothing has changed up there since you left!

thanks man. we're having a great time whenever we get a chance... my lady is a 1st year resident doctor... hence why we moved here so we only have so much free time to do cool stuff.

glad to hear that place is still cool! that means it's stayed low key and off the radar!

selling my warp9 supermoto wheelset with rotors and brake relocator bracket (for xr650r). included are spacers for the xr, but the wheels and rotors are compatible with any bike, just require the purchase of spacers and bracket for the brake. They come with over-sized front rotor (320mm) and will transform your bike. Tires and tubes included, 60% tread. asking $800 (they are 900 new and tires are another 300 plus tubes)

Don't they close the fireroads? The Divide Peak gate on Romero Camuesa Rd (5N15.1) is CLOSED on Saturday, November 29 due to expected rain.

I'm planning on getting out there tomorrow night after I install my rear bumper. probably around 8 or so. Was going to go tonight but don't really want to deal with all that mud when I install the bumper tomorrow...

sooo someone offered me a 66 nova thats purple with white stripes to trade for my truck. Brand new motor, trans, clutch, caged, drag strip ready and also street legal.... with NOS.

itd be a killer car to have but so not practical for me :( The car itself is pretty neat.

I got my 650r with the plate already on it, california plates. out of state is the way to go imo, if you do it through an llc so its a "company bike" and therefore the residency thing doesn't apply to you. otherwise you run the risk of them saying you need to have it registered where you live.
i've had a few run ins with the cops, but as long as you stay away from IV you are pretty unlikely to get pulled over for nothing, although i wouldn't put it past the local pd. if you have an id for the state that has the plate, use that one when you get pulled over haha

and if you need a set of wheels hit me up !

I don't think you'll get bothered with out of state plates. How do you plan on getting Cali plates? I thought after 2002 bikes had to come factory plated, and you weren't allowed to convert bikes to street legal

Getting ready to order new tires, 255/85s, is it foolish not to get a spare also?
