    anybody good with old motors?? I've got a 84 Johnson 9.9 that used to run like a scalded dog now I can't get it to run more than 7 miles an hour, used to hit 19mph, it has brand new fuel pump, replaced all internal and external fuel lines carb just got rebuilt and new impeller, fires up great out of water then just bogs in the water, any ideas?
