Anyone have any experience with Bilstein 5100's set at .85 on 2nd gen with SR5 Package - and stock springs? Pictures or reviews? I put a 2013 TRD 3rd gen suspension with 30,000 miles under my 2011 and it looks great. However the front TRD springs for the 3rd gen with the high spring rate (due to the 3rd gen being a heavier truck in general) under the 2nd gen are a bit stiff for me. I want some lift with a stock type ride - so I'm thinking about putting 5100's on there with them set to .85 and re-using my old SR5 springs to retain a stock type ride. Anyone have any experience with this? Thoughts? Suggestions?

My 06 is an SR5. I tried 5100's on .85 and stock springs a few years ago.
The ride was rough and it started the needle bearing shake in 2WD. I installed some 3rd gen TRD OR progressive springs and left the shocks at 0. The ride is slightly firmer and about perfect for me.

Both scenarios gave me my goal of 1" lift.

What notch on the 5100's did you use with the 3rd gen TRD springs?

I have factory 3rd gen TRD springs with factory Bilstein 4600's on my 2011 SR5 Prerunner. Also have 4 leaf from the 3rd Gen as well. The back is OO, but because of the high spring rate, it gave me a nice lift. The ride, however, is a bit too rough for my liking. Trying to keep stock ride with 1""ish" lift.
