85k miles…coolant flush or drain and fill?

    @knayrb is spot on. The last thing you want to do is risk mixing IAT and OAT coolants. In todays world you best know what you are putting in your car or truck. IAT is (ethylene glycol based) typically used in older cars and OAT (propylene glycol based) is a newer technology better suited for newer cars and is typically good for up to ~5 years. Mixing the two would likely result in a Jell-O like substance which could literally block you cooling system and cause extreme damage to engine internals.

    Agreed. Fortunately, my regular guy, whom I trust based on experience, can do it on Monday, in time for my upcoming long trip.

    Where is the coolant drain plug on the engine block for the 2.7?
