I have just bought a OME lift for my 06 Tacoma, I have 886 coils (no top plate spacer) and dakar leafs and the dakar AAL. I also have a Relentless Fab front bumper but don't plan on installing a winch. I want a full 3 in of lift, is this a correct set up or should i go with 885s and a top plate spacer, will it be to stiff? As for the rear i do have an ARE cap, so use the Dakar AAL or just the leaf it self?
I am installing LR UCAs and extended brake lines too.
Truck is a DCSB TRD offroad
    Thanks for any help,

    Ryan

Use the 886's and use the OME AAL if you are keeping the cap on full time

i have dcsb with no armor and am running 886x's(no top plate spacers) and dakars. its not as bad as a ride as people make it out to be. i did not measure before and after so i dont know EXACT amount of lift, but id say its between 2.5-3"

3 inch revtek in coil spacer, all pro bumper, smittybuilt 8000 winch, 265/75/17 BFG AT, cookie monster stuffed animal in bumper... UPDATE 10/17/12.... OME886 Coil lift with spacer. UPDATE 9/6/13..... Plasti dipped 17inch eagle alloy wheels. 285/70/17 Goodyear Duratracs, 6 bulb rigid industries LED D2 lights
Just received my ome 886 w/top plates, shocks all round and dakars today. Would like to start installing tonight but leaving tomorrow for a 9 day hunting trip.. I may just wait and install it all when I get back and take measurements.... But keep in mind I've got a winch and bumper in front, so that'll come into play also.

Pretty sure top plates aren't recommended with 886's
