Just an update for anyone who cares...

I cancelled that order on those kenwoods because that company is SKETCH!!! Well I found a local guy who was selling these (http://www.electronicexpress.com/catalog/16510/MemphisAudio-PR10D4V2) for $110, and they were buy one get one free!!!! Couldn't turn down a deal where 2 memphis subs only ran me $110...

I'm installing them tonight. I'll let you know the outcome...
