It is hard to understand conspiracy theories if you do not have an open mind. I am not saying that you need to believe in what is being said but if you come into an argument saying "All of what I am about to see or hear is a joke" then it will be that much more difficult for you to understand what is being said.

I know I will get flamed for this but yes believe it or not...there are MILLIONS of people in this very country who have reasons to believe that there was more to 9/11 than meets the eye. A great part of entire planet believes that there was more to 9/11 than meets the eye. Now on the receiving end of the stick (especially to those who live in USA) it is hard to visualize alternative theories. And that is what they are.. they are not conspiracy theories but alternative theories. Unfortunately people have a very bad association with word conspiracy because it is always associated with words like "comic, inplausible, pathetic, against the general belief, improbable etc." There are millions of our fellow country men who have connected the dots, organized movements and more. And those are not just some 15 year old boys pushing their agenda on youtube.. those numbers reflect professors, engineers, pilots, military men, government contractors, historians, actual accounts, video footage, surveys and audio tapes and more. But then of course those who come into argument believing that everything they are about to see is a lie then their entire understanding or tolerance of subject becomes hostile.

Look at the way history channel addressed conspiracy theories. Look at how much time they spent trying to discredit or disprove people and theories they are trying to rebut while relying on what certain government organizations told them. On the contrary, those that come up with "conspiracy" or alternative theories spend most of their time asking questions and trying to figure out why when you input variables into equations they dont match up to the whole.

I was there on September 11th. As a matter of fact I was on a bus with my history class in college with plans to visit the trade center later that afternoon. I was there stuck in traffic by entrance to the tunnel. I saw smoke and a little while later I saw an explosion. It was not until I got back home (cause they turned us around eventually) that I learned of what has happened. It was not until I saw a video called "Loose Change (original very very first version)) had I had any doubts whatsoever in agreeing with what news channels told me. When I first saw Loose Change I thought it was bogus so I saw it again and again and after watching it back then like a dozen times I still thought it was full of crap. Then I spent a year snooping around the internet and finding nothing but major plot holes. I am sure you are not interested because the way information was presented to us... it was all about defending freedom and finding weapons of mass destruction and the firemen and every time you heard how many people actually died number grows more and more every year. And then overall public interest shifts to anything but what actually happened on that day. And anything but what happened after that day.

We as people forgot to bother being informed or interested about thousands of rescue workers that reported to Manhattan to clean up the mess and are now dropping like flies from all kinds of respiratory diseases. We as people forgot to bother being informed or interested to find out how and why world's most sophisticated defense system managed to fail 4 times in one day and then of course who can forget about those pilots last year that apparently were arguing and it took like half an hour for NORAD to even detect that they have a missing airplane. All those things and all the people involved... we always try not to think about them.

I am not asking anyone to believe in anything but I do advise you to do your own research. Easiest place to hide the obvious is often in plain site where people never bother to look.

First, Yuri, you were not "there", you were in an airconditioned bus stuck in traffic when a group of radical muslims flew planes into the twin towers. Second, it was never "about the firemen, but in the aftermath of this atrosity we as New Yorkers, and Americans realized the knowing sacrifice these brave men made. One of them, Firefighter Stephen Siller was stuck in traffic probably not far from you in the lincoln tunnel got out of his car, ran to the towers to help and made it all the way up to the 7o ish floor before he and 342 of his fellow firefighters made the ultimate sacrifice trying to help strangers when the towers fell. Last of all, call it complaicency, America got caught with its pants down, not since Dec 7, 1941 has this happened and i hope it will be another 60 years or more till it happens again. But conspiracy I think not.

Bryan I meant no disrespect by saying that I was "there". On the other hand I do not know that many people that dropped everything and ran through the tunnel to the world trade center to help people. Instead based on footage and actual accounts everyone was running away from there. Unfortunately the bravest people.. our moms, dads, uncles, friends and neighbors being rescue trained are sworn to help and protect us in times of trouble. And that is exactly what they did. My heart goes out to families they left behind.

THIS IS MY OPINION (opinions are like a$$holes....everybody has one)
I do not think there was any kind of conspiracy involved in the attacks on the WTC or the pentagon. However, I do believe there was, and is, a coverup involving flight 93. I do believe in my heart that this plane was shot down by the AF. Before you start flaming me, think about this: if you were in charge and a jet wasn't responding to radio calls(after 3 others were driven into highly populated areas(killing thousands) what would you do? Let it happen? I wouldn't have.
Do you think the government would let it be known if they did shoot down a passenger airliner? I think not.
I may be wrong, but this is what I believe happened.
I feel the deepest heartfelt sorrow for the people aboard flight 93 and all those who gave their lives this day(willingly or not).
