It's north of willow, which is 2 to 2.5 hours, so I'd say over 3 hours at least. My buddy just told me petersville road itself is 30 miles but he said it could literally take all day to get to the end. So it sounds like it would be sweet to drive out there early and explore the road a bit and find a good spot to camp. Then do more exploring and head back or camp another night depending on what people would want to do/how much there is to do out there haha.

That would be a fun drive!!! Not sure my truck could go where those beater american rigs are going in the vid though. Maybe if I had a first gen Tacoma specifically for "beating up". Lol but, I'm down to try the safari!!!

Here are some pics of the area. For obvious reasons he did not go down any of the harder looking places because he's in a state vehicle haha. But there's more than just flat dirt roads.

My dad and I and nick and his dad (who ironically all have the first name John) went moose hunting last September out there and we went exploring in the truck and it was awesome. There was a shit ton of rain so we couldn't cross the river because it was too high but normal levels shouldn't be a problem.

I'd love to have one but I think it would make me want to cross things I shouldn't be crossing. So I think I'll have to say not interested for now.
