Hey fellas. Long time lurker, more recent member now that I've got another Tacoma.

Mods, I'm not scrounging for duckets here. Please, hear me out.

I am a leader for one of the Eastvale Cub Scout packs, and we're in our popcorn season right now. It's the only fundraising we do. No See's candy, no car washes, etc.

We've got a huge calendar of show'n'sells outside of some grocery stores and other establishments now through October 16th.

I was hoping that we could possibly set up some kind of a meet at one of the locations during our selling time, OR that we could locate a decent sized meet in the general area and show up there. Hell, I've got a Tacoma, we can set up an off road meet up and I'll bring my scout and some inventory!

Nothing like chillin with tacos and popcorn, right?

In doing so, we'd be willing to offer a 5% discount on any of the products if the patron is part of the meet/forum, as opposed to regular foot traffic.

The funds raised by these sales go to a plethora of things in the scouting community like maintaining and upgrading scout camps, funding the summer day camps, smaller things like patches and awards (when I was a scout, we had to buy all of ours. We just earned the right to wear it).

I don't want to overstep any boundaries, so before I provide any kinds of dates and or locations, would this be something anyone would be interested in?

    Still nothing. Ouch.

C'mon. Do I need to go over to a ranger forum or something?
