I like the idea of the warn VR winches. Cost a little more than smittybilt, really reliable, and without the crazy ass prices of the zeon.

You still won't have the cred with all the bros though, and either way they'll laugh at your bling-less plastic control housing.

Well in that case leave the line off for weight savings, you can epoxy a factor55 flatlink to a factor55 hawse and no one will know the difference

 

Well that's factor55 stuff is just as expensive as my sweet winch!

 

But with this simple technique, you don't even need the winch anymore!

Only reason I have that zeon is cuz I paid $500 less than it's normal price lol otherwise I'd probably have a vr or smittybilt. I just wait for the deals. Gears should be here next week.
