    Yup, the wheel spacers were making it rub. So I sanded and repainted the part where the paint was scrubbed off.

    It's back on the truck. Time to let the enamel cure before I throw the spare back up there. I'm happy with the end result. @Coot83 hope kennys rack will be better than mine lol
