    looks like those u bolts are maxed out at the threads... are those the timbren u bolt flip kit u bolts? I have the same kit and im now worried that my deaver expo pack will be too tall for the timbren u bolts ugh...

    Yeah they are maxed out. I could have not ran the washer and then they would have stuck out of the bolt. They sit about 1/8in to flush. It is the timbren U bolt flip kit. I still need to go back down there and re torque everything. I could buy thinner washers and that will fix it.

    Any chance you can measure how thick they are? I got the deaver expedition 2 leaf pack rated for the 500-700 lbs constant load and now I'm concerned I'll need longer i bolts but I have the oem leafs now with icon AAL and threes a ton of threads showing so that's why I didn't honk I would need longer bolts
